Cypress Homeschool Association is hosting our Annual Open House and we’re inviting local businesses and service providers who offer homeschool-friendly resources to join us as vendors! ??????

This is a fantastic opportunity to connect with homeschool families looking for educational tools, enrichment activities, learning services, and more.

?? Location: Weekley Community Center
? Time: 5:00pm-7:30pm
?? Cost: $25.00 per vendor

We're looking for vendors who offer:

?? Educational supplies or curriculum
?? Tutoring or academic support
?? Enrichment programs (STEM, arts, music, etc.)
?? Extracurricular opportunities (sports, clubs, etc.)
?? Local businesses that support homeschoolers

?? Please note: We are not accepting applications from other homeschool groups, co-ops or schools, as this event is hosted by, and intended to, promote Cypress Homeschool Association. Thank you for understanding!

In order to participate in Cypress Homeschool Association's Open House, I certify that my organization provides goods and/or services intended for homeschooling families and is not a homeschool support group, homeschool co-op or school. I understand that submission of an application and payment does not guarantee acceptance as a vendor. If Cypress Homeschool Association determines that my organization does not meet these eligibility requirements, my application may be denied or revoked at any time, and any fees paid may be forfeited and are non-refundable.

Open House – Vendor Release of Liability

I, (the name above), representing the business listed on this form, in due and lawful consideration for being permitted to participate in the Cypress Homeschool Association (CHA) Open House, do hereby fully and completely release and waive any and all rights and claims that I, my business, employees, agents, heirs, legal representatives, subrogees, and assigns may now or hereafter have against Cypress Homeschool Association, its board members, volunteers, or affiliates, for personal injury (including death), property damage, business loss, or any other claims or liabilities, however caused, arising out of or in connection with this event.

I agree to hold Cypress Homeschool Association harmless for any such injuries, damages, or losses, whether caused in whole or in part by the negligence or other acts of CHA or its representatives.

Additionally, I grant permission to CHA and its authorized representatives to use, reproduce, adapt, distribute, and publicly display the business name, logo, and any photographs or video recordings taken during the event for CHA publications, promotional materials, or the members-only website.

I have read and fully understand this Release of Liability. I acknowledge that I am signing it voluntarily and that by doing so, I am waiving certain legal rights.

  • If paying on the website, the payment link is on the next screen after submitting your application. 
  • If paying by check, please make the check payable to CHA & EC and turn it in at check-in the day of the event.
